What You Bring

They should present themselves professionally, communicate effectively with customers, and document repairs with measurements, photos, and recommendations. Flexibility to work overtime, be on‑call, travel, and take overnight shifts across the United States is essential. The position requires a minimum of three years’ construction experience, familiarity with basic hand tools, and OSHA 10‑hour certification (or completion within three months, employer‑paid). • Understand basic hydraulic pumps and cylinders. • Lift up to 50 lb and adhere to OSHA safety requirements. • Minimum 3 years construction experience and proficiency with basic hand tools. • Obtain OSHA 10‑hour certification within 3 months (employer‑paid).
