About the Role

• Direct and review overall project planning to identify critical milestones and priorities. • Determine and review budget estimates and staffing requirements for scope and schedule. • Assign manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, meet schedules, and achieve budget goals. • Lead the team to meet cost and schedule objectives, anticipate issues, and take preventative action. • Provide and present project status reviews to the client. • Prepare and review cost, risk analyses, and extra‑work claims. • Maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality assurance standards.

What You Bring

The company seeks an enthusiastic, self‑motivated Project Manager who will oversee large public infrastructure projects, ensure alignment with contractual and technical requirements, and foster strong client relationships. • Become thoroughly familiar with contractual obligations and technical aspects of the project. • 3–5 years of project management experience on large‑scale public infrastructure projects. • Working knowledge of safety, train control systems, passenger vehicles, communication, traction electrification, and rail O&M (preferred). • Full understanding of engineering processes from design through construction to commissioning and handover. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Prior rail‑industry project management experience (preferred). • Experience in customer management, scheduling, critical‑path analysis, change‑order management, risk management, cost estimation, and contract negotiation.
