About the Role
The role involves learning and performing basic‑level tasks and activities related to the employee’s assigned process or business. Key responsibilities include understanding business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, following a designated training schedule to achieve certification at each level, and maintaining professional communication with internal customers. The employee is expected to incorporate new procedures into daily work, meet or exceed productivity targets, resolve problem invoices promptly, address quality‑control issues in problem queues, and perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager. • Learn and perform basic‑level tasks related to assigned business processes. • Follow training schedule and achieve certification at each defined level. • Maintain professional communication with internal customers. • Integrate new procedures into daily routine. • Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements. • Resolve problem invoices with high urgency. • Address quality‑control issues in problem queues.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree. Preferred qualifications include up to six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, or finance, with additional advantage given to experience on similar processes. Candidates with excellent communication and analytical skills may be considered even without prior experience. The position primarily involves repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, and constant sitting, talking, and hearing in an office environment using standard equipment such as computers and phones.
