About the Role

The role involves troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining molding, stamping, assembly, packaging and auxiliary machines, performing preventive maintenance, and driving cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement projects. The technician will document work in Mapcon, participate in design reviews, manage spare‑parts inventory and keep the work area organized. • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molding, stamping, assembly, packaging, and auxiliary machines. • Perform preventive and autonomous maintenance on equipment. • Implement improvements, updates, and cost‑reduction projects for existing equipment. • Document all work in Mapcon and participate in design review activities. • Manage spare‑parts inventory and maintain a clean, organized work area.

What You Bring

Candidates need 3‑5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and the ability to service electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. They must read electrical schematics, PLC programs and mechanical blueprints, operate shop tools, and be familiar with world‑class manufacturing practices, injection‑molding processes and machine controls. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, Mapcon and PLC software are required. • 3‑5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience. • Ability to service electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. • Proficiency reading electrical schematics, PLC programs, and mechanical blueprints. • Knowledge of injection‑molding machine operation and world‑class manufacturing practices. • Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Mapcon, PLC software).
