About the Role

During the internship you will develop marketing communications material—including videos, stories, social‑media posts, presentations and other digital deliverables—to support local marketing, public relations and social‑media efforts. You will collaborate with like‑minded creatives to craft compelling narratives about the firm’s projects across multiple platforms. • Create videos, stories, social‑media posts, presentations, and other digital marketing materials. • Support local marketing communications, public relations, and multi‑platform social media initiatives. • Collaborate with creative team members to convey architecture and design narratives. • Write and edit long‑form and short‑form content with strong verbal and graphic communication. • Produce and edit photo and video content using iPhone or traditional cameras. • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for visual assets. • Manage social‑media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and grow video production skills. • Submit resume and unprotected portfolio containing cover letter and work samples; rolling review.

What You Bring

Candidates must be enrolled in or accepted to a bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Video Production or a related field. Required skills include strong long‑ and short‑form writing, proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and solid verbal, written and graphic communication. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and photo/video capture and editing is a plus, as is competency in social‑media management. We seek applicants who demonstrate leadership, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a self‑motivated, enthusiastic team‑player attitude. This onsite role offers an hourly compensation of $24‑25, and applicants must be willing to live in or relocate to the Washington, DC area.
