The Industrial Services Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and completing projects within Sunbelt’s industrial markets, overseeing timelines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. Key duties include planning and coordinating project schedules, handling administrative tasks, facilitating logistics for project staff, providing primary administrative assistance to management, coordinating board meeting communications, supporting special projects, maintaining company directories, performing basic equipment maintenance, reviewing daily management reports, conducting prospecting calls, and stocking showroom merchandise while following standard operating procedures.
