About the Role
The attendant will oversee daily Clubhouse operations, greeting residents and visitors, answering questions, and maintaining communication channels. Responsibilities also include handling documentation, monitoring activity, ensuring a clean environment, and performing opening and closing procedures while keeping the General Manager informed. • Serve as the first point of contact in the Clubhouse. • Greet homeowners, guests, visitors, and contractors. • Research and respond to inquiries. • Answer and direct phone calls. • Perform data entry, faxing, and document filing. • Provide information about the Clubhouse and community events. • Monitor activities inside and outside the Clubhouse. • Inspect the Clubhouse for cleanliness. • Execute opening and closing procedures. • Report findings to the General Manager.

What You Bring
Associa is seeking a part‑time Recreation Attendant for its Haymarket community. The role requires flexibility to work 2–3 shifts per week, including evenings and rotating weekends. Available shift times are Monday‑Friday 5 pm‑9:30 pm, Saturdays 6:30 am‑2 pm or 2 pm‑9:30 pm, and Sundays 7:30 am‑1 pm or 1 pm‑6:30 pm, with weekend rotations. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service or recreation assistance experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal applicant is customer‑service driven, team‑oriented, detail‑focused, and possesses solid follow‑up abilities.
