About the Role
The Injection Molding Operator contributes to the efficient operation of the injection molding department while complying with current ISO requirements, maintaining good housekeeping, and following all safety regulations. Key duties include operating the injection molding machine according to print specifications and shop orders, ensuring the correct mold and temperature settings, and performing at a level that meets production standards. The role may also require working at any workstation or department to satisfy production needs. • Operate injection molding machine per print specifications and shop orders • Follow all safety regulations to protect self and others • Ensure correct mold installation and proper temperature settings • Maintain production standards throughout shifts
