About the Role

The Senior Facilities Assessor role supports a Department of Defense client worldwide, providing program and facilities assessment services. Candidates enjoy assessing facilities, traveling to multiple locations, and contributing to global assessment efforts while applying architectural and engineering standards. Parsons manages a Technical Services program for a DoD agency, reviewing third‑party architectural and engineering work, conducting studies, analysis, testing, and providing specialized engineering, planning, design review, commissioning, and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders. • Perform facility evaluations using engineering standards and techniques. • Visually assess architectural and MEP building systems, identifying deficiencies. • Gather and upload assessment data into the client’s CMMS. • Support global facilities assessment initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience; mechanical/electrical expertise preferred. • U.S. citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. • Ability to walk 6‑8 hours per day, climb ladders, and travel 6‑12% annually. • Proficient in engineering and architectural design standards and commercial construction codes. • Skilled in PC applications, Project Controls software, and Microsoft Office. • Strong written and oral communication abilities.
