About the Role

The MAC Manager assists with the implementation of relocations, logistical moves, furniture reconfigurations, and IT system changes for both individual moves and daily or weekly additions of client team members. The role supports the Global MAC Manager SME and focuses primarily on NOAM MAC support while coordinating with Occupancy Planners. This position requires frequent interaction with client site populations and vendors and emphasizes strong customer-service skills. Key responsibilities include handling day-to-day change requests, providing project support and client coordination related to space and occupancy, and leading MAC Coordinators by establishing annual goals and monitoring KPIs. The manager delivers superior customer service for routine activities and large-scale moves, develops relationships with business and vendor partners where onsite FM or OP staff are absent, and maintains a central database of floor plans, space configurations, and furniture layouts. Additional duties involve managing work orders for approved contractors, overseeing new-hire placement, coordinating weekly small and large group moves, and implementing move plans in line with approved occupancy plans. The role also supports the Global MAC Manager SME with FM, PDS, and vendor teams on furniture installation, coordinates with project managers to meet timelines and scope, conducts pre-move walkthroughs, tracks tasks, schedules and budgets, and ensures compliance with documented move processes. • Process daily change requests and coordinate space/occupancy projects. • Lead MAC Coordinators, set annual goals, monitor KPIs, and support development. • Deliver superior customer service for routine activities and large relocations. • Build and maintain relationships with business partners, vendors, and site operation managers. • Maintain central database of floor plans, space configurations, and furniture layouts. • Manage work orders for approved contractors and oversee new‑hire placement. • Coordinate weekly small (<9) and large (>9) group moves and implement occupancy plans. • Support Global MAC Manager SME with FM, PDS, and vendor teams on furniture installation. • Conduct pre‑move walkthroughs, track tasks, schedules, and budgets to meet timelines. • Evaluate vendors and move processes, produce post‑move surveys, and recommend improvements.

What You Bring

The MAC Manager must provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services. Required competencies include proficiency with the MS Office Suite, strong oral, written and presentation skills, ownership of requests, and meticulous attention to detail while managing concurrent projects with minimal supervision. An associate degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is preferred, particularly with knowledge of move processes, furniture systems, or facility management. Candidates should have zero to four years of experience in a corporate real-estate environment. • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and strong oral, written, and presentation skills. • Hold an associate degree (or equivalent) with 0‑4 years corporate real‑estate experience.

Benefits

Compensation for the position ranges from $76,469.40 to $89,964.00, with pay determined by factors such as geographic location, experience, and collective bargaining status.
