About the Role
The Waste Operations Associate supports the collection, identification, packaging, and lab packing of hazardous and non‑hazardous waste at client sites, while also handling administrative tasks and on‑site spill response. Key duties include performing waste pickups throughout customer facilities, conducting chemical bulking and consolidation, labeling and packaging waste to maximize efficiency and compliance, and participating in spill response as needed. The role also involves operating forklifts, inspecting drums for integrity and regulatory compliance, ensuring safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles, and completing waste stream sampling and profiling.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include the ability to operate heavy and light equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, proficiency with hand and shop tools and instruments, and a strong attention to detail. Candidates must be able to prioritize, stay focused, and manage multiple responsibilities, and a valid driver’s license may be required for some positions.

Applicants must be able to pass a 40‑hour HAZWOPER training upon hire. The position’s pay range is $22.05 to $30.30 per hour, varying by locality, and eligible employees can participate in a comprehensive benefits package.
