About the Role
As a Sales Executive for CoStar Debt Solutions you will expand strategic relationships with existing clients and high‑potential prospects in the commercial real‑estate lending space. You will operate in a market‑leading CRE technology environment, helping lenders make smarter decisions with powerful data and insights while thriving in a culture that rewards ambition, collaboration, and going the extra mile. • Identify and close new sales opportunities for SaaS, data, and information services targeting commercial real estate lenders. • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with CRE lending clients, expanding accounts. • Travel within assigned territory to meet clients and prospects face‑to‑face. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field sales teams to align on client goals. • Develop deep expertise in CoStar Debt Solutions and the commercial‑real‑estate lending market. • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.

What You Bring
• 4–10 years of solution‑selling experience, full‑cycle SaaS sales to banks/financial institutions. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Willingness to travel regularly and hold a valid driver’s license. • Experience selling complex enterprise software, preferably to banks or lenders. • Knowledge of banking regulations, stress testing, and compliance reporting is a plus. • Strong diagnostic selling, curiosity, and fast‑paced work style. • Ambitious, adaptable, engaging communicator focused on client success. • No visa sponsorship provided; must be eligible to work in the United States.
