About the Role

• Maintain accurate records of all assets, including location, value, and condition. • Conduct regular audits to verify asset record accuracy and update as needed. • Plan and execute asset management procedures such as transferring, disposing, and updating assets. • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure effective asset utilization and resolve issues. • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders on asset‑related matters. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for assets.

What You Bring

This role is a part‑time remote position based in Windsor, Connecticut, with no travel required and U.S. citizenship mandatory due to the nature of the work. • Possess 10‑15 years of experience in asset management coordination. • Demonstrate strong organizational and time‑management abilities. • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel. • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping. • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
