Benefits
Compensation is $17.00 per hour, with the final offer adjusted for the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. Employees become eligible to make personal 401(k) contributions after 30 days of employment and qualify for the company match after six months. The match is dollar‑for‑dollar on the first 3% of contributions, then $0.50 for each dollar contributed on the next 2%, and all contributions are immediately vested. • Earn $17.00 per hour, with pay adjusted for experience and location. • Eligible for 401(k) after 30 days; company matches 100% of the first 3% of contributions and $0.50 per $1 on the next 2%.
