About the Role

The Billing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Billing Manager with the preparation and execution of monthly billing cycles. This position reviews project costs, verifies supporting documentation, and identifies discrepancies that require follow‑up. The role also compiles, organizes, and maintains detailed billing spreadsheets to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and collaborates closely with onsite teams to gather information, resolve billing issues, and uphold consistent billing standards each month. • Review project costs for accuracy before billing. • Audit supporting documentation and flag discrepancies. • Compile, organize, and maintain detailed billing spreadsheets. • Assist the Billing Manager in preparing monthly billings. • Coordinate with internal teams to gather billing information and resolve issues. • Maintain consistent billing standards for timely invoice submission. • Support improvements to billing processes, documentation, and reporting. • Work onsite on large‑scale construction projects with cost tracking or project administration experience. • Ensure high accuracy when reviewing costs, timecards, purchase orders, and documentation. • Collaborate effectively with field personnel, project managers, and accounting teams.
