What You Bring
Rogers Group Inc. is hiring a Plant Maintenance Technician in Ennis, Texas. The successful candidate will be an experienced stick welder, millwright, or maintenance professional who can maintain and repair plant equipment such as crushers, conveyors, and screens, and may also perform general quarry work. Flexible hours, including weekend work, are required. The position emphasizes safety, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while leading maintenance, fabrication, and heavy‑repair projects. • Diagnose and perform plant repairs with strong mechanical aptitude. • Prior fixed‑plant maintenance or related industry experience. • Work with crushers, conveyors, and screens (preferred). • Operate independently with self‑motivation and minimal supervision.
