About the Role
The associate will support testing and consulting services such as property condition assessments, forensic investigations, and design of repairs. Responsibilities include managing project activities like quality assurance observations, roofing assessments, and design specification reviews while ensuring timely, organized, and reliable delivery. • Conduct inspections, testing, assessments, and commissioning of building enclosures. • Perform building enclosure testing, air leakage testing, and field performance testing. • Provide construction quality assurance observations and roofing assessments. • Review design specifications and develop repair designs for existing structures. • Manage project budgets, prepare invoices, and maintain client databases. • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation. • Mentor junior staff and promote workplace safety and proper PPE use. • Interact with senior staff on multidisciplinary projects. • Lead high‑impact, technically complex projects.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a B.Arch, M.Arch (NCARB) or a BS in Engineering, Building Science, or a related field preferred. A minimum of two years of building enclosure consulting experience is required, and IIBEC certifications are considered advantageous. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED; B.Arch, M.Arch (NCARB) or BS in Engineering/Building Science preferred. • Minimum 2 years of building enclosure consulting experience. • IIBEC certifications (RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, RBEC) are a plus.
