About the Role
The role involves traveling to execute showroom resets, delivering product training in‑aisle and classroom settings, participating in customer sales events, representing Masco brands, gathering market intelligence, managing expenses, and building strong relationships with home‑improvement and trade partners while also supporting other departments as needed. • Travel to support showroom reset execution. • Provide product knowledge through in‑aisle and classroom training for associates, stores, and districts. • Participate in customer sales events, including commercial/contractor events and how‑to clinics. • Represent Masco brands, conduct limited product returns evaluations, and ensure project/reset transparency. • Perform market intelligence activities such as competitive shop visits, brand feedback, and customer observance surveys. • Manage individual expenses and budgets. • Maintain and grow relationships with retail home‑improvement, hardware, and trade partners to exceed service goals.
