About the Role

• Implement or support an integrated risk management framework across a major capital programme. • Facilitate identification, assessment and prioritisation of threats, opportunities and issues within the sub‑programme. • Maintain visibility of trigger points to enable risk cost profiling and timely drawdown or retirement of budget allocations. • Use risk data to inform investment planning decisions. • Identify, record and assess measurable management responses and post‑mitigation positions. • Monitor overall risk exposure against the remaining risk budget. • Proactively manage completion of management responses to meet target positions. • Collaborate with contractors to assess their risks and the impact on client‑held risks. • Produce timely risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status. • Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels. • Utilise risk modelling tools such as PRA, @risk, Safran and web‑based databases like ARM, Predict, Tableau.

What You Bring

The company is seeking a QRA‑capable Risk Manager to join its expanding London‑based rail team, working on high‑profile rail projects across London and the South East. The role will support the implementation of an integrated risk management framework for a major capital programme. • Demonstrated experience delivering risk management on major projects or programmes. • Strong qualitative and quantitative risk assessment skills with an integrated risk‑cost‑schedule approach. • Experience facilitating risk workshops, threat mitigation and opportunity exploitation. • Proficiency in probabilistic modelling tools (@risk, PRA, P6) and data‑visualisation platforms. • APM/IRM risk certification preferred. • Degree in a construction‑related discipline. • Excellent oral and written communication with a focus on continuous improvement.
