About the Role

The Program Associate supports program operations for a focused client group, interfacing with regional personnel and serving as a direct support to Program Managers. This hybrid role emphasizes in‑branch relationship building to align priorities between branch and program operations while ensuring consistent, high‑quality client experiences. • Support program management with administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality control (e.g., invoicing, reporting). • Assist project and program managers with preparation, execution, and review of internal and external reports. • Support program‑level monitoring and control activities, including report reviews and KPI management. • Aid resource planning in coordination with program, project managers, and branch operations. • Collaborate with regional and branch operations to maximize resources and align priorities. • Lead by example to enforce program standards and serve as operational backup to the Program Manager. • Contribute to developing processes and tools, influencing operational standards for client programs.

Only candidates authorized to work indefinitely in the U.S. will be considered, and future sponsorship is not available. • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in project management or similar role in security integration, handling complex or multiple concurrent projects. • Understanding of low‑voltage construction industry and regulatory influences on project/program delivery. • Flexible problem‑solver who identifies improvement areas and takes initiative. • Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with branch stakeholders and align program goals. • Excellent written and verbal communication, well‑organized, motivated, independent, with effective time management. • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics MD365, SAP, Coins), Power BI, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint). • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly beneficial. • Effective communication (seeing, hearing, speaking, writing) and occasional manual dexterity for light office tasks.
