  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support for Board meetings, including timely preparation of reports and documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and governance standards
  • Support senior leaders by anticipating needs, tracking compliance and prioritising meetings while adapting to shifting priorities with agility across a dynamic, cross-functional business unit
  • Deliver strategic administrative support to the Australian Market General Managers and their teams- coordinating daily operations, travel, meetings, and stakeholder engagement, while preparing high-quality reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Coordinate key business events including performance reviews, governance calendars, tunnel shutdowns, and site visits
