About the Role
In this role you will foster post‑sale relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and conduct outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and product demonstrations. You will negotiate contracts, collaborate with Product and Solution Engineers to prioritize features, and partner with Customer Success, Onboarding, and Adoption teams to ensure high utilization of Pro products. Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets by maintaining a robust pipeline is essential. • Identify and close upsell opportunities with existing customers • Conduct product demos and discovery calls to showcase new features • Negotiate contracts and agreements that create mutual value • Partner with Product and Solution Engineers to prioritize feature requests • Collaborate with Onboarding, Adoption, and Customer Success teams to drive product utilization • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline

What You Bring
ServiceTitan is seeking a Pro Sales Account Manager who will play a highly visible, individual‑contributor role driving growth with existing customers. The manager will help clients adopt new modules, increasing the value of the ServiceTitan platform to their businesses. Ideal candidates have 2‑3 years of quota‑carrying sales experience, including 1‑2 years of SaaS closing experience, and a consultative sales approach to cold prospecting, upselling, demoing, and negotiating. Strong analytical abilities, Salesforce familiarity, and the ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders—particularly in home services or construction—are valued, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2-3 years of quota‑carrying sales experience, with 1-2 years in SaaS • Proven consultative sales approach, including cold prospecting and negotiation • Strong analytical skills; Salesforce proficiency a plus • Ability to communicate with C‑suite stakeholders, preferably in home services or construction • Bachelor’s degree preferred
