About the Role
As an Engineering Manager on our Mobile team you will lead the creation of intuitive, reliable, and scalable mobile experiences for field technicians and office staff. You’ll work within a high‑performing, collaborative group that values product craftsmanship, innovation, and operational excellence while moving fast without sacrificing quality. • Lead and grow a team of mobile engineers (iOS/Android) with coaching, mentorship, and career development. • Guide architectural decisions, conduct code/design reviews, and champion testing, CI/CD, and performance best practices. • Ensure the team ships robust, maintainable code meeting high usability, accessibility, and reliability standards. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Design, QA, and other Engineering teams to deliver cohesive experiences. • Support recruiting and hiring efforts, including interviews, sourcing, and building a diverse team. • Provide hands‑on assistance to unblock the team, debug issues, or prototype AI‑focused tools.

What You Bring
• Own feature and project delivery from planning and scoping to launch and iteration. • 3+ years of engineering management experience with performance management and team building. • 10+ years of software engineering experience, preferably iOS, building mobile apps and APIs. • Proven track record of leading mobile teams through product cycles and scaling production apps. • Daily use of AI to solve problems and promote AI adoption within the team. • Deep expertise in Swift, Kotlin, and native mobile SDKs. • Strong grasp of clean architecture, testing strategies, and design patterns. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and debugging/performance tooling. • Ability to plan and execute product initiatives. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical writing skills. • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
