About the Role
In this role you will operationalize partner marketing across the program, collaborating directly with top strategic partners to deepen their relationship with ServiceTitan. You will develop and execute co‑brand strategies that support business growth, brand expansion, and industry penetration while ensuring brand integrity. You will establish KPIs, track marketing performance, and provide insight-driven reports to marketing, partner, and executive leadership. Building trust with internal stakeholders—Brand, Business Development, Marketing Centers of Excellence, Enablement—and external partners is key to driving successful outcomes. Additionally, you will mentor a team of partner marketing professionals. • Lead a team of partner marketers and develop co‑brand marketing strategies for ServiceTitan’s Partner Program. • Align partner and ServiceTitan brand initiatives to drive business growth, industry penetration and brand expansion. • Define KPIs, track performance, and report insights to executive leadership to optimize campaigns. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Brand, Business Development, Marketing COE, Enablement) and external partners. • Mentor and support partner marketing professionals to ensure team success.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is a B2B marketing leader with strong business acumen, operational rigor, and a passion for measurable impact. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (MBA a plus) and at least eight years of experience in partner marketing or strategic B2B partnerships within a SaaS environment. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage complex partnerships, execute scalable co‑marketing campaigns, and possess strong strategic, communication, and negotiation skills. • 8+ years of partner marketing or strategic B2B partnership experience in a SaaS environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business (MBA preferred). • Proven track record designing and executing scalable co‑marketing campaigns. • Strong strategic, problem‑solving, communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities. • Ability to thrive in cross‑functional, matrixed organizations.
