About the Role

The leader will own the squad’s short‑ and long‑term technical vision, make or influence major architectural decisions, and ensure successful execution. They will provide mentorship, conduct regular design and code reviews, and disseminate knowledge through tech talks or blog posts. What You Bring

Candidates should have at least eight years in senior engineering roles and roughly fifteen years of overall industry experience. Required expertise includes the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs), SQL databases, and modern front‑end technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript and React. Strong Git, testing, debugging, performance monitoring skills, excellent communication, and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or a related field are also expected. • 8+ years of senior engineering experience designing APIs, abstractions, and tools. • 15+ years of overall industry experience with expert-level .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API) skills. • Proficient with SQL Server or comparable databases; experienced in HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. • Strong Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, and performance monitoring capabilities. • Excellent communication and technical writing; BS/MS/PhD in CS, Engineering, Physics or related field.
